Default New to the site!

Hello everyone,
My name is Jennifer.....I am 29 years of age, 300+ pounds, and I need to lose weight.

I took the plunge yesterday and joined Weight Watchers. I have been walking for the past few evenings, but being this size some of you might understand that my lower back kills me after about 20 minutes....

I suffer from PCOS, and my husband and I want to start a family, SO my best bet is to lose weight.

If anyone has any recipes, weight loss tips, or wants to help be a motivator to me, because trust me I need, please send me a private message, and I will give you my MSN info.

Thanks,
Jennifer

Glad you see you! I haven't had that many pounds to deal with, and my back used to hurt, too. It's getting better gradually as I lose weight and am able to do more.

There is a Weight Watchers Forum here under Diet Central--you probably found it already.

Cheers!
Jay

Jennifer - Welcome to 3FC! There are tons of areas here, so take a look around to see where you will fit in / what will be most helpful. There is forum for people struggling with PCOS under Dieting With Obstacles, and there is also the 300+ forum under Support Groups.

I totally understand how hard it is to start out with exercise. The important thing to start isn't how much you do, but just that you do it so that you can build some strength and endurance.
