  • I just typed this long post, pressed the spell check button and after I loaded the program and ran it, it erased my typing. So I won't get all into it again. Suffice it to say that I am starting a new program to get into shape and am looking forward to this forum for help and support.

    I actually talked about that in my original typing. That's what got erased, when I spell checked.

    Here goes again.

    My gym is having a biggest loser competition. There are six area gyms and each gym will have two teams of 5 people. It started on Tuesday and will last for 24 weeks. We work out 3 times a week, as a team, with our trainer.

    We have a nutrition session this Saturday, but I started on the South Beach Monday. It's worked for me in the past so I'm going to try it again.

    You're right--we are overwhelmingly female, but we're all nice!!!
