Default New Calorie Counter
Hi everyone! My name is Becky, I live in North Alabama. I have a 4 (soon to be 5) year old son and have been married for 8 years. I am currently trying to lose about 35 lbs. I hae been counting claories and keeping track of my foods by using a fitday journal. I lost about 9 lbs since January 8th, when I started on this new journey (I don't want to call it a diet). I am excited to get the weight off and become healthy again. I have a few of the Walk Away the Pounds DVD's that I plan on starting soon.

I can't wait to get to know everyone!

Hi and welcome, Becky! Check out the Calorie Counters forum to chat with lots of other people who are keeping an eye on the calorie counts, or find another place that feels right to you and settle on in! I look forward to hearing more from you soon!

Welcome, I'm not a calorie counter. But I do keep track of my food. Glad to have you here. You will meet some great people.
