Hi and welcome. Why don't you tel us a little more about what you like to eat and do for exercise and we'll see if we can find some threads where you'll fit right in.

I love carbs...not necessarily chips and candy but I really like baked potatoes, corn, break, pasta, etc.
I have started walking on the treadmill but I work long hours so it gets hard.
I have given up regular pop and have dropped 15 pounds from it.
I really need to get rid of the tummy rolls and I would like some exercise and eating advise.

Nobody is going to be surprised if I suggest calorie counting I love it. I do eat all those things. I just have to accept that it's gotta be a small portion.

Do you like details and tracking? You could try using fitday.com and see what you think. It taught me an awful lot about nutrition.

Just stick with that treadmill. A few minutes whenever you can is an excellent start.
