Hi! I'm clearly new to this site, but would love to talk to anyone! I found this site when I was googling diet tips.
A little about me:
My name is Shirley. I turn 20 next week (on the 12th! yay birthday!

). I work at Walmart part time, and go to college full time. I go to the awesome Washburn University, and I'm majoring in nursing. I started realizing that I'm going to turn twenty and want to be the same size i was back during my sophomore and junior years in high school. I was 135 lbs back then, in the past 3 years I've packed on about 50 lbs, and just can't stand it. I have dealt with depression, and food is my comfort. I have no idea what type of diet I want to go with, I'm new to this completely. If anyone has any good ideas for excercise, meals, anything really, I'm all ears! I'm open to any suggestions-I just want to get rid of the weight! Hope to talk to you all soon!
