I have no idea either let make this up as we go. I only found this forum a short while ago. And this is my first time. I’m some where along my not so chunky journey. But I will say I did not eat pizza which is my Kryptonite. Cheese and carbs in one hand held package shall always be my weakness.

My First Summer Time Goal
Hi! Break it down into small steps and we get there before we know it! My first goal is to lose 10 lbs by June 15. Very Doable!! Join me?? I am doing IP protocol - 100%.
I decided to start this group so I would have to cheerlead for you all and set a good example! Ha ha. I am usually the slacker. But I am acting "as if" -- Thinking got myself, I will think like a person who is successfully losing weight.
Positive reinforcement!
Suzanne

Spinach smoothie sounds yummy. I’m 185 now. Smallest I’ve been since, well a while, the plan is to get to a healthy BMI not sure what weight that is. I kind of like leaving it as a surprise. Been pretty compliant except for forgetting my lunch so a corn dog happened. Made me feel a little sick (poor life choices). But back on track hopefully I can follow your lead and do better.

Glad you guys are here - the internet is a big black hole when it comes to support groups for IP. Even this corner of 3 Fat Chicks ... the most prolific posters seem to have moved on (Honestly it scares me a little; I'm all in when it comes to this diet, but I'm really afraid of gaining the weight back the minute I start eating a normal amount of calories again.)
Anyhoo, I started IP because I have a long commute, and I was spending the entire 1-2 waking hours I get at home prepping food and my gym bag. I want to grab and go, and I was under the impression that IP would do that for me. No such luck. There's still prep involved. So I spent all day making breakfasts and lunches for the week to take to work (lunch is my big non-packet meal of the day) and I don't have to think about food for the next week! Most are in the freezer, but puddings are in the fridge.
I'll make you guys a deal - I will put some goals in place after my first weigh-in on Saturday!

Suzanne Thank you for starting this thread. I needed something other than the monthly thread to see where my progress was continual instead of restarting every 30 days. I also do mini goals on special event days, as it seems to make it more fun to think about what I’ll wear on these occasions, ha!
Narf Queen Oh pizza. Heaven in my mouth and he|| on my hips I can’t wait to be 185! I was well on my way and then let it all go
Triplestep What are some of your favorite snacks/meals to prep?
I’m still not sure what my goal is. Really all I can think of is where I *should be* and how long it’s going to take to get back to where I was. Definitely NOT the most positive mindset, but I’m working on it

I started at 245 in February so I more than believe you can do this. I joined up here because I felt myself slacking and needed like minded people in my world. Change takes a community. And I’m rooting for all we CAN do this and we WILL.

I eat my "Dinner Protein" at lunch, so yesterday I roasted a bunch of veggies and put them in different combinations in plastic containers, then added a turkey burger on top before freezing. Those will be my lunches for the next week 8 work days.
For breakfast, I made some "rice pudding" with vanilla pudding and riced cauliflower. I put some in chocolate pudding, too. I don't know how long puddings will last in the fridge so I don't want to make too many in advance.
Last week I took the fine herb omelette packets and scrambled them with frozen spinach. I still have two in the freezer. It tastes like quiche!

Ladies, I was 11# down on my first weigh-in today! That's two weeks in. I know I won't see numbers this high going forward, but I'm enjoying it for now. I was worried I was not doing it right, but apparently I am, so I'll keep doing what I have been.
Just thought I'd share
