Yes, these boards were a lifesaver when I was 100% protocol Jan 2015 - Dec 2015 & people were commenting about the slow-down then.
I believe the biggest issue are the IP Facebook pages - there is a ton of information available and you can post and receive instant feedback / praise / etc...
I still check in from time to time, but only M - F when I'm on my laptop.
My biggest issue is with the forum is the format and how unfriendly it is with mobile devices (at least iPhone). There is no app and going through a web browser on my phone is a pain. I'd write a long post, and poof, it would disappear.
i remember you!!!!! yes its too frustrating on a phone!! i haven't been around in ages but decided to pop in and say hi and see if any old friends were around!
Hi Rainbow! I'm back as well ... I'm re-starting tomorrow, and plan to check in here daily to help keep me motivated.

i'm hanging in there, just keeping it very simple right now. still in week 1 of trying again, trying to come to terms again. we know it works perfectly!! we just have to stay committed and not let outside forces pull us off track!!
good luck ladies!

Hi Rainbow! This is my 2nd time around on IP and you were instrumental in my success the 1st time. I used to read the posts daily but didn't post much myself. I keep your recipes as a bookmark to refer to and you inspired me to be creative with the packets and meals as I went along. I couldn't have gotten through without your wonderful recipes. I make your "mayo" recipe weekly . THANK YOU!

I second your praises, Rainbowsmiles!!! You are a recipe queen for IP and your photos and commentary to go with them as you prepared various meals has always made me smile as I picked up some good idea for an IP friendly food.
Welcome back to 3FC -- simple is a good way to approach your restart. I am pulling for you!!!

Ro :hi: how are you??? i'm back trying again, just finishing week 1, so far so good. keeping things simple right now.
Glad to hear it! Many of us have been there. I started back last June after gaining all back plus almost another 25. I got within 20 lbs of my original success and transitioned off for holidays and got back where I was pre-holidays so was maintaining well until I had a month long binge starting Jan 28. Ugh!!!! I am getting close to where I was and then will start in on the 10-20 pounds additional I want to lose.
For me, I typically keep things simple even when doing recipes. I have learned a ton and a good part of it was looking at your recipe book. I did IP the first time and did no recipes. Subsequent times I have and it is just so much more enjoyable that way but I still think it is pretty simple. Wishing you continued progress!!!!!
I got back on the wagon about a week ago. Been in and out of the boards here and I'm pretty sure most everyone is on FB now more than here. But this was my go to place when I first started out on IP and I found it trmendously helpful with all the support and information I found here. Hopefully more peeps will come back and new one will find us. I still tell people 3fatchicks is where it all began for me! I hate that I let things get out of hand in my llife (no one's fault but my own) but the real me is back and ready to continue this lifelong battle against my weight!
I like these boards better! a lot more personal and private!
ITA! FB has way too much drama and ppl forget how many read their stuff. Too much negativity at times and not much understanding when it comes to diferent advice from different coaches. I KNOW IP works but each person has to tailor it to some extent depending how their body works it.
