Hello everyone.

So I'm back and trying to start fresh 100% after having to go off IP a month and a half ago. Unfortunately my surprise pregnancy ended in a miscarriage (9 weeks) and it's been heart breaking. Really trying to find something else to focus on so I'm hoping getting back on protocol will help, but even getting back to that has been a challenge.

If anyone has any advice, suggestions, whatever, in getting back on plan or in coping with loss it'd be really welcomed right now since no one else around me knows what's happened. Thanks all <3

We are here for you, sorry to learn about your miscarriage.

Concentrating on helping your body recover will be your focus right now. Take care of your health, and if you are ready, IP can get you on track again.

Rainy, I'm so sorry for your loss. Welcome back. Give yourself time to grieve. I had a miscarriage years ago and think I cried for a week and it helped. I'm a big believer in feeling your feelings and working through them. It helps and even when it hurts, you're less likely to turn to things outside yourself to cover up the feelings (like food).
