Thamks Pamela I will look into those videos.
I have wanted to ask this question forever...what is considered onederland? Your first goal? Your end goal? Well scale has not moved in three days..argh..but neither has my digestive track...lol..took some smoothe move tea (gross) hopefully will see movement soon...on scale and track! Have a great day ladies! |
Just had my weekly check in. I'm up 4lbs, but all of my measurements and body fat % are down. There's potential I'm pregnant so it was a rough week and I'm still trying to work through the emotions for this unplanned possibility.
Loser13: Onederland is anything in the 100's. So my mini goal currently is getting to 199, which would be leaving the 200s and hitting 199 aka onederland. |
So I just had my week 4 weigh in and I'm down 6 lbs this week! That's a total of 21lbs in the 4 weeks and I'm really happy. I really had a few moments where I was so tempted to go off plan but I just kept drinking my water and kept going. So happy that it paid off for me at the scale. I have a long way to go but I feel like I have so much energy on this plan and I'm sleeping great at night.

Happy Tuesday!
Rainy day here today. My girls both got a stomach bug yesterday so I have lots of laundry to catch up on because of it. Thankfully they are both feeling better today. Turns out 5 kids were out of their class for the same reason! Hoping the bug is over and done with in our house! Loser13 - I was feeling bloated and needed to get things moving along so my coach recommended a digestive enzyme. It really helped and she said lots of broccoli and cauliflower will do that to your system. Rainy - *sending hugs your way* CEN- 6 lbs!! Awesome week!!!! :broc: |

Well, it's been confirmed. I'm expecting. I know I have to go off of phase one because of that, which is a major bummer, but learning to maintain and find out if I can manage healthy living long term will be exciting. I'm really hoping for some good guidance from my coach and OB to not gain much during pregnancy. Any help from you all on the subject would be great since this is my first.

Congratulations Rainy!! I know that this was unplanned but I am truly happy for you :) since this is your first there is really cute and funny week by week countdown that I love. It is written by one of my favorite bloggers Amalah. I had twin girls and was overweight but they actually ate up a lot of my extra weight. Lol it was the after that I ate all the things. My girls are the best thing that has ever happen to me. They are a constant source of joy and laughter and such blessings. Sending positive vibes your way :) everything will be ok.

Rainy congrats!
Well i finally know what one derland means....lol Well hit a few bumps in the road...but back on track...really want to stick to it ...figuring out with every bump how not to fall off but hold on... |
Rainy, congratulations. I know it wasn't expected, but I wish you a happy and healthy pregnancy!
This week down 3.4 pounds (happy because my last 2 weigh ins were 2 pound losses). My son and step daughter have their HS graduation on June 10th. Dare I hope for "one-derland"? Sticking to plan and a little luck, it may happen! In five weeks, my husband and I are having our huge annual Summer party and the goal was to be at the halfway point them. Five weeks averaging 3 pounds a week (185 will be my halfway point), it looks like I might make it! Here's to a great weekend, ladies (and a few gentleman)! |
All the best Rainy, I wish you a very healthy pregnancy!

For any of the Canadians out there - I was at GNC today to stock up on Quest bars. I’m in P4 and though I don’t use bars much anymore, it’s nice to have some around. Anyway it looks like the Canadian stores are finally changing over to the new formula, which I believe doesn't fit P1 protocol. The old ones do. They still had a few boxes of the old formula, so just a heads up, if anyone likes these, you might want to get them while you can

Happy Thursday!
Weigh in and measurement day for me! Down 3 lbs and 12 inches overall! 4 inches in my thigh this month (holy crap) so I guess all those squats are paying off! My coach only does measurements once a month and at first I didn't think I would like that but it really does show you such a dramatic difference than getting it every week. Grand total of 60 lbs! Loser13 - How are things going? Hope all those bumps in the road are gone and it's smooth sailing for you! SE72 - awesome week! Hope everything goes well tomorrow for the graduates! Blueskiesahead - how did you do transitioning from off of phase 1? I am really super nervous about this when the time will come. I don't have to think a whole lot now and know what I should eat but ugh just makes me nervous. How long was your transition to phase 4? I just want this weight to stay off and was curious how long it took you. Hope you all have an amazing weekend! |

Almost One-derland? I had my weigh-in this morning and was 199.2 on my home scale, but of course with clothes at the clinic, I was 200.2. I suppose "officially" not quite there, but next week for sure!
|
Just thought I'd chime in. I started about 3.5 weeks ago, the week before Memorial Day weekend. Started at 207.5 and per my scale this morning I'm at 193 now. Nice to be back in onederland :)
No cheating but I'm terrible at drinking enough water and remembering my supplements. I also detest vegetables so the easiest thing for me to do has been a chocolate drink for breakfast and lunch with 1c of spinach in each, two cups of celery throughout the day, then a plate of protein for dinner. It's not exciting but it's working. Goal is 57lbs lost (want to get to 150) but I really want to lose my "mommy pooch" and I'm not sure that will happen. Fingers crossed! |
