That is good to keep in mind! I have to check my supplements.

I let those few chips become a night binge...become a week binge...the ladies in the daily chat had many great words...but for some reason ...I kept eating or like Lisa said it so well OVEREATING.
This morning I decided to stop the cycle...made it through he afternoon..and tonight
I was reading the posts on this thread and it is just amazing to me how we, as such strong and smart women, keep doing this to ourselves.
I WILL do it! We WILL do it! Together we got this ladies.
This site is the greatest asset for us, lets make it work! Positive!
WE ARE WORTH IT!
OK, wow just WOW - 10 pounds your first week and you started at 150 pounds? I started around the same weight and had around a 2 lb loss that has already leveled off. That is incredible.
I hope you figured out how to get back on track. Seems like your body will love low carb.
You and I and
sunflower40 and
LexiChanel1 are all aiming for ~20 pound loss (my ticker goal is a ridiculous dream at this point).... which tends to go more slowly. There is a whole IP thread out there about 20 pounds or less.
http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/idea...less-lose.html Let's get this done!

I actually don't own a waffle iron (but starting to think about it...) but I will try this as pancakes!

When I said earlier that I was no poster child for IP (in reference to being an accountability partner), I meant that I struggle a LOT with a borderline eating disorder... I am trying very hard to figure out what is going to work for me. I do usually post over in the What are You Eating Thread for accountability and planning (and great ideas from others!)
I am trucking along... not entirely on plan as I haven't eaten enough (I had a bad reaction to some packet? the other day - general bad belly/queasiness/nausea - and didn't really eat the entire next day) but overall I am figuring out what works and what doesn't. I love thinking ahead to the strategies that I will keep into maintenance.
How is everyone? Entering our second full week of May...
