Does anyone have a list of restricted Ideal Protein food products?
My coach has been letting me eat the oatmeal every day but I just read it may be restricted.
I'm only just under a week into the diet so I want to keep it strict. I told my coach that. Honestly, my impression of her is not that great. She is super nice but I don't think she really knows very much about the program or nutrition as a whole.
