List of restricted IP foods
 
Hi all!

Does anyone have a list of restricted Ideal Protein food products?

My coach has been letting me eat the oatmeal every day but I just read it may be restricted.
I'm only just under a week into the diet so I want to keep it strict. I told my coach that. Honestly, my impression of her is not that great. She is super nice but I don't think she really knows very much about the program or nutrition as a whole. :(

Your help is much appreciated!

My order form has it listed as a non restrict item for both the apple & maple oatmeal. I have been using it as such & still eat a restrict item later in the day. Hope this helps

The oatmeal has been reformulated to be non restricted. Perhaps the restricted list hasn't kept up with the reforumulations.

You can now have the new oatmeal every day.

IP no longer has a client list of restricted foods. It used to be on the protocol sheet but the restricteds come and go. Most clinics have their own list which they update as needed. IP is also now printing an R on restricted foods, but only as previous non-marked packaging is used ip. Also some clinics may take linger to sell off the okde packaged foods so it isn't yet the most reliable way to know.

Here is a guide:
All bars, chili, dill pickle zippers, all ridges, southwest cheese curls, all soy puffs, and all wafers.

Oatmeal and pancakes have been reformulated such that they are now unrestricted.
