I am down again this week, but I can not post in the spreadsheet. I feel good because I am losing after my surgery and that was my plan so I am very happy.
Any ideas why it will not let me post.
I just checked the spreadsheet and you have a 2.5 loss posted in this week's column.
I often find that I need to click the cell to select it, and then double click the cell to make the cursor appear in it, ready for me to enter the number. Then after entering the number, be sure to hit enter. Google sheets are kinda finicky... not as user friendly as Excel IMHO....

Thanks! I will try that. Yes, after a few tries and logging out and back on it allowed me to enter it.
At my weigh in yesterday my coach fairly gushed over my success while on vacation! Lean mass up, body fat down, inches gone and 10 pounds lighter since my last weigh in! Evidently anyone else she coaches has gained while away.
Celery, broccoli and cauliflower, pickles and tuna fish to the rescue!! It can be done!
Frawniemae - You are rocking IP. I WISH I could manage to stay OP during a vacation. Your willpower is inspiring!! Well earned pounds and inches lost. WTG!!

Frawnie, you are an inspiration to us all. I love your enthusiasm and your determination. So glad you're on this journey with us.
The scale is going in the right direction again this week! Even though I am still a newby to IP I am finding every week I learn more, and it is getting easier. I am greatful this site continues to give me the knowledge I need to stay on plan and focused on my journey.

It wasn't always easy, especially at that Mexican restaurant; I could have licked everyone of their plates clean.

Thanks to both of you, too. I'm glad I googled my way here back in January!
Hey! We were on page 2, so I decided to comment as well as add my stat's to bring us back to page 1. ;-) Hope everyone has been enjoying this incredible weather. I just had my second weigh in of my restart, and I lost 3.2lbs, so I'm happy!
Not a great weigh in but better than I felt it would be - 1 lonely pound. But next week will be better; I'm sure of it! We had Mother's Day dinner at my sons and although he checked with me beforehand about things I cold or couldn't eat, I personally didn't read the labels on the marinade he used for the pork kebabs. I think there may have been sugar in there, hidden, and he didn't recognize the way it was labelled. So...between that and my eating more veggies than I should have a couple of days, I think I may have knocked myself out of ketosis. But stuff happens and I've learned my lesson so I'm back 100%.
