I posted my final WI on the 25 to Summer challenge... I finished with a flourish after 5 weeks of 0 loss or uptick, I finished with a -4.8 which puts me at 156.4 and a total loss for the challenge of 13.4 lbs.

As I have gotten closer to goal, and closer to a year on this low calorie diet, my losses per month have slowed notably. But they are still happening.

My biggest concern lately is that my fat percentage is 37.8 per the IP scale, and 36.5% per my Aria scale.... my goal of 150 is a guess at the weight I feel I ought to be able to maintain, but I would like to get that fat percentage down.'

I am moving more and doing a bit of work with weights and resistance bands, but I am thinking maybe I need to go for something in the 140's, too, if I am going to get below 30% fat. This requires some consideration - I am not sure I have another couple of months of P1 in my resolve tank.... I definitely need to decide though.

Just glad to have a little whoosh to end the Spring challenge!! Note that collectively, in 13 weeks, the 35 of us lost over 500 lbs so far!! Pretty commendable in my book!

One, my percentage got lower as I went into maintenance – my weight actually has gone up a few pounds but the percentage is down – around 24% - because I have finally been building muscle after P1. It actually hasn't been that hard – I couldn't build much muscle during P1, only maintain what I already had. I don't think you necessarily need to stay on P1 to correct your percentages, in fact it might be easier to do on p4.

That's very encouraging G4H!!!

Fearful of the change in protocols, but looking forward to reaching goal, so that I can tackle the challenge!

I lost 20.5 pounds during the challenge. My IP journey began Dec. 1, 2014. Since then I've lost 53 pounds and 54 inches. I've gone from a snug 16 to a Small on top and 8-10 (depending on brand) on bottom. Still a bit more to go. My fat percentage is 35.4 %. The desirable range is 23-34% so I'm almost in the top of the range which is fine with me. 58 years old and not trying to be the 102 pounds I was at age 26.

Eager to start the next challenge and finish this thing! :-)

Hi all

Lots of great WL on this challenge! We're still waiting for about 12 more people to post WL before the challenge is officially closed.

I'm making a challenge that runs 11 weeks until US Labor Day
I'm providing a link buy you'll need to request permission to edit (which is how you would add yourself).

I'll also start a new thread for the new challenge.

In the meantime, here is the link
