I think larn said her coach recommended eating 2 unrestricted and 1 restricted - isn't that what we are supposed to be doing anyway? I was strongly advised that not having 1 restricted per day can be harmful, to both our weight loss as well as our health.

I double click the cell, and then the little cursor for text/data entry appears in the middle of the cell - then I type in the number for the week. Try it! |

I am having the same problem updating the spreadsheet, Frawniemae! I have always updated from my iPad and it is not letting me access the cell to enter the number. I will update from my laptop when I have a chance but it does seem like something has changed. I got thru this challenge and last challenge using my iPad. Oh well.

Sorry, all. Was not able to post last week.....out of town at a professional conference. Good news ~ lost 2 pounds that week in spite of not being able to eat at home. Took a bit of work to keep OP, but I did it. Lost 2 pounds this week, too. Very pleased. Being measured next week. My clinic measures once a month.

I was gone this last week at a work training. I maintained. It was a real struggle to stay OP and I am pleased with maintaining. This week is going to be great.

If you're having problems accessing, know that Google made some changes to their sheets. I'm researching to see if there are any settings I need to change (so far, no). Make sure you delete cookies, empty cache, and reload browser. I'm sorry, I'm not going to be able to complete entries for everyone! |
I just entered my weigh in for today and it worked great! I even made sure it saved.

Yes, Google sheets have changed - so the little note said when I went on to update. I also couldn't post, but copied another cell of mine and pasted with no problem, fwiw. Not great if you don't have the same number to enter though, lol.
My weight was showing up 7(!) lbs yesterday, but down again three today so I think my cold is throwing me for a loop. Carbs were a bit too high for my liking today, but took what I could get since we were doing traffic control for "Coldest Night of the Year" and were offered hot skinny cocoa from Starbucks, and wonderful home made GF potato & corn chowder at the Seniors' Centre after. The Chicken & Veg would have been a better choice but it had noodles :(. Liana |

:flow1::flow1::flow1: Beautiful sunny day.... spring flowers cannot be far behind! When I went for a walk the other day all the spring birds returning were singing and squawking up a storm. They seemed to be congregated in one area of wild bushes and trees on the neglected corner of a neighbour's property. It sounded exactly like they were all yelling their lungs out trying to outdo each other. All kinds of birds, not just a flock of one or two kinds. I even took my phone out and did a 30 second video just to record their noise. DH couldn't believe the volume when I downloaded it to the computer. It's a wvm file so I don't know exactly how to share that with anyone here, but you would all be amazed. I laughed out loud after I finished taking the recording. Liana |

I have had three weeks of no movement on the scale, but my definitely looser, so I must be losing inches. I do however really want to see movement on the scale. I plan to start posting my meals again, because maybe I have some hidden cheats that I am missing.
