Searching:
If you can't find what you're looking for in this forum using the website search function, try using the "double search" using Google.

1) Go to Google.com. Search 3fatchicks by using the term site:3fatchicks.com at the end of your Google search.

For example, if you want to look for "big mac in a bowl", type "big mac in a bowl site:3fatchicks.com" in Google search. No need to include the quotation marks when you type.

Good morning

WI today. .5 away from 60lbs down and 2 away from being out of the 220's....pray for me lol....

Then home to start my holiday baking. Need to make my cheesecakes and cookies as well as my gravy (sauce) for the ravioli on Christmas day... Of course all the stuff I won't be eating....i will be skipping courses 1 & 2 and I will eat the pork roast and roasted cauliflower that I am making for the main course....then of course I am saving my brownie for dessert. Christmas Eve is just the 3 of us this year so I have ordered from the seafood place our 7 fishes....that will be easy to be on plan since I can have everything that i bought....

Is seaweed no longer allowed in Phase 1? I think it was before, but I don't see it on the most current protocol posted. Thanks.

Where in North Jersey are you? My family is from Ridgefield Park and I still have family in Little Ferry and Englewood

Go Sue!!!

Am here on vacation and surprised the wifi is actually working. So happy to read updates from the weekend and hear about everyone's progress and planning. I have been a little nervous about gaining during this break, so I listened to the Beck Diet Solution on audible on the flight down -- just the right messages to stick in my head before getting here. I have half to go so maybe I'll pop it in as I'm lying in a beach chair later this week.
Anyway, happy day to all. Will hope to check in later.

I just noticed it's not there too - I wonder if they removed it because of the salt content? I looked up the nutritional info and a cup of raw seaweed has about 696mg sodium (about 24% RDA) - maybe it was causing issues with water retention.

sgrealtor I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you on today's weigh in!

Also I would like to say thanks to everyone for the support yesterday! I didn't check the posts after mine until today because yesterday was so hectic! I lost 1 lb and 6" at my weigh in so I think that's a pretty darn good win.

Sgrealtor1- Fingers crossed!!

I made 80 lbs today!! Seems surreal! It's just me and my grandbaby at work today! She's upstairs watching TV, I'm sitting here thinking of everything I have to do to get ready for Christmas eve and wishing I was off today!!!

Fingers crossed for you, Sue. I also just stumbled over the 60lb down line, so I know what a happy feeling it is.

Next stop ..... 185 and "merely" overweight.

I too have crossed over into the overweight category. I realized this morning and had to text DH right away

Next yippee! moment for me will be the 150s, hopefully before the new year, even it it's 159.5!! (That's as accurate as my scale gets )

The victories along the way sure help!
