B-Vanilla shake with spinach and a dash of cinnamon and some raw ginger S-IP Choco RTD (I hope to find sth similar but cheaper!! suggestions?) L-Trader joes cage free egg white 1/2 cup and 1 whole egg n bell peppers D-Chicken, broccoli, mushroom stirfry 1gallon of H2O and a few cups of herbal teas during the day. Have a strong OP week y'all!!:) |
