Is your coco mint cream hot choc an alternative product or do you make it from protein drinks or pudding?

S= Peanut butter soy puffs
D= stir fry bok choy/ pot roast
S= IP maple oatmeal

B-Vanilla shake with spinach and a dash of cinnamon and some raw ginger
S-IP Choco RTD (I hope to find sth similar but cheaper!! suggestions?)
L-Trader joes cage free egg white 1/2 cup and 1 whole egg n bell peppers
D-Chicken, broccoli, mushroom stirfry
1gallon of H2O and a few cups of herbal teas during the day.
Have a strong OP week y'all!!:)

L- IP Chicken Pottage soup
D- Chicken breast with tomatoe sauce, Spinach or Bokchoy

D - 8oz cod, 2 cups cauliflower, broccoli, brussel sprouts
S - IP Cranberry Pomegranite bar

(Does this look ok? I am kind of confused about how to do this still!)

Ugh...haven't posted in a while, computer issues and an overly busy schedule are killing me!

Reboot wk 10 day 6

B: Healthsmart veggie omelet with 1c added mushrooms
L: sliced red bell pepper and sliced cucumbers, Kay's Naturals Honey Almond Cookie bites
D: taking the boys to Applebees, will get my usual Napa Chicken (no sauce/cheese, no potato, extra veggies)
S: Weight Loss Systems Chocolate pudding w/mini marshmallows
