B: IP Pineapple & Banana drink L: 1 egg, 3 whites, 3 1/2 oz leftover chicken, 1c red peppers 1/2c mushrooms 1/2c collard greens EVOO D: 4oz lean ground beef, 1c asparagus, 1c green beans 1/2 cup green onions AND baby bella mushroom mix with garlic and cayenne pepper S: Health Smart Choc Chip Pancakes with IP pancake syrup and 2 tsp butter NB: Allowed more calories to account for the gym/walk today. Have to say that I really enjoyed having scrambled egg instead of a soup packet at lunchtime. It was a real pick-me-up today. :) |
