I'm down 6 pounds! (my scale said more but we weighed in at the end of the day) I've lost 3 inches around my waist alone. Next weigh in won't be til next Saturday so I'm looking forwarding to blasting this fat away!

woot, woot! Is this from week 1??

What trick is everyone doing to make sure you get all your water in for the day? I only drink water, but sometimes don't feel like I'm getting it all. So yesterday I took a 100 fl oz container, filled it and set a goal to empty it each day.

For water I have 2 32oz water bottles, one for at work, one for home or on the go. I make sure I drink 2 full 32oz while at work and then I make sure I drink at least one full 32oz at home, but I usually drink closer to two. I'll also have maybe 4-8oz in the morning before I leave for work, whatever is left from the night before. But I find drinking from the containers help, I don't mind room temp water and I would never drink as much from a glass.

Water is tricky for me too! I downloaded a water app on my phone to help remind me! It buzzes every half hour and reminds me to take a sip or two

Default Starting tomorrow

After much research and attending the seminar, I've decided to start IP. Tomorrow is the day and I'm excited and nervous about making sure I get everything right. I'm so glad I found this site/thread for support.

Good Morning everyone! I started on 10/6. First WI was 9.9 and WI2 was 3.8 so I was sold immediately. I'm finding tho that this week (wk3) I have actually been MORE hungry then I was in W1 or 2! I haven't cheated but I am really starving by the time meal times roll around.

I am also getting super anxious about the holidays!!!

Hang on - most people find that weeks 3/4 are the toughest... that's really when the body needs to start pulling out the fat from storage to burn and let's face it, our bodies want the easy way out, 'Just feed me carbs! and I will burn that instead of fat that's in storage! '
Time to add in your unlimited veggies between meals if you are desperate, make sure you get all your water (it's on plan to use hot herbal tea if you need a sweet fix for some of your water allotment), and all your oil, salt & vitamins. Good work, it does get a bit easier in a short while.

Talking Starting IP again this weekend!

I have done the program before and lost 30 pounds. However I never went throught all the phases fore quitting. I gained the weight back because it was not a lifestyle change for me. I am ready to do it right this time!
