Hang on - most people find that weeks 3/4 are the toughest... that's really when the body needs to start pulling out the fat from storage to burn and let's face it, our bodies want the easy way out,
'Just feed me carbs! and I will burn that instead of fat that's in storage!

Time to add in your unlimited veggies between meals if you are desperate, make sure you get all your water (it's on plan to use hot herbal tea if you need a sweet fix for some of your water allotment), and all your oil, salt & vitamins. Good work, it does get a bit easier in a short while.
