I keep at least 2 boxes of Celestial Seasonings herbal teas in my desk drawer at work, hot drinks tend to make me feel fuller and the flavors scratch my fruit itch
During the holidays I stock up on Celestial Seasonings Candy Cane Lane!!!!
I love Peppermint and it keeps me away from hard candies!

Oh gosh. I NEED to try this. I like the Detox Vanilla Tea but can only find it at Whole Foods...and if I go there I start dropping money on all sorts of organic cuts of meat and veggies.

I also like Stash Lemon Ginger to heat me up when I'm feeling chilly.

Anyone here is happy to field any questions you have about the diet - but your best bet is to post in the Daily chat thread, you will get more of us that have been around a while than in the newcomer's thread
