Big milestone reached for me today -- I am now halfway to goal! I finally made it to the light blue (50%) section on my weight loss ticker.

Ugh first week I had a +1 at WI....so aggravating! But I did not falter...actually lost 1.5 inches. Came home mad my lunch and moved on....but not before I had plenty of negative thoughts in my head! Ugh when will the self doubt end. I know I was on program, but to see that 1 up I was like ...damn I should have had that wine at the wedding lol....
All good I took yesterday to regroup.... I know I can do this. |

The Beck Diet Plan book has helped me with those. They are by no means gone but exercises in the book have helped quiet them a bit |

So after my + 1 last week, I a down 3 this week lol. :carrot:
Also 3 inch loss this week. I guess my body took a time out last week while it regrouped! So thrilled.. It has been 22 years since I have been under 200 and I am now sitting 13lbs away from that. To say I am anxious to get there is an understatement! |
