L - veggie chili and a big salad
D - beef sirloin w/ WF BBQ sauce, stirfry vege - cabbage & zucchini, spinach salad
S - raspberry jello

I've had chocolate in the past.
I prefer the fruity ones b/c they're all thin. I prefer my chcolate creamier & I'm not a vanilla fan.

L: 6 oz. Grilled Salmon (mmmmm), 1/2 c fresh green beans, 1/2 c grilled summer squash
S: Unsweetened Tea, IP bbq chips
D: Salad: 1HB egg, 1c cukes, 1c cauliflower, spinach, baby kale, WF bacon tomato ranch, Quest Bar- strawberry cheesecake

Today:
B: Coffee/Splenda, Proti Thin Oatmeal
L: 2oz albacore tuna, 1/2c steamed broccoli, salad: cabbage, kale, 1 1/2c cauliflower, cukes and pickles
S: Quest Bar....Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
D....to be decided. ...maybe 6 oz grilled chicken and grilled zucchni/squash?

Rayze - I think to make your dinner protein the 8 oz you need to add a couple of egg whites to your 4 eggs. The new protocol sheet call for 6 eggs, 2-4 whole and the remainder in egg whites.
