I have a question for everyone...how bad is having an ounce of cheese a week? One thing I miss terribly is cheese. My coach was like ABSOLUTELY NOT, however, I've spoken with a few other people, including someone else that works at my clinic and they say it's not a big deal, as long as it's no more than one ounce, once a week.

I'm going to echo the good advice given already. If you stick around the boards long enough you'll see that many people started with an ounce of cheese, then still lost so they added a sprinkle of nuts then extra this and extra that and before you know it they slid right down that slippery slope.
Then, despite advice from others, they got defensive and insulted then stopped posting all together (most likely they fell off the wagon.)
This is a sore subject for me and a couple others because we are only trying to help and we get accused of being mean, unsupportive, etc.
Stick to it 100% and you'll be much happier!
PS. In case anyone is wondering, 1 ounce of cheese is in no way equal to 1 oz of skim milk. The milk is 10 calories while the cheese is closer to 110 calories for a teeny tiny ounce.
Sorry that got so long!

Good Afternoon... Tomorrow is my 1st weigh in and im pretty excited to see what the scales have to say... Im a BIG BIG GIRL At 296 when I went into the office last week and I have not had a single craving at all. I endured the family eating pizza, cake, turkey dinner and even chips and I stayed on track with ease. Im so excited as the food is yummo. I currently am having 4 IP Foods (cause im over 250lbs) plus my supper and 4 cups of veggies (dinner and supper)
Anyother Big girls out there? Wonder what kind of losses I should expect to see. Any advise? My clinic says no exercising.

Welcome! You can do it! Stick to the sheet and you'll do great. I'm smaller now but I was pretty freaking big before :D
