Well I weighed myself this morning at 298 but at my weigh-in with my boots/clothes on I weighed 300.8. I'm still calling it though. I'm in the 2's haha. Down 3.4 lbs this week! Nice to see that I've worked myself back into staying on schedule. I'm going to really try and focus this week and go for a big weight loss to firmly plant myself in the 2's.

Awesome job Kawaii! I can't imagine all the hard work you've put in!

Hawaii,
lol.. typed Kawaii twice before my fingers got the hint that I wanted Hawaii! The word Kawaii means "cute" in japanese. It's what my husband called me when we started dating and the nickname sort of stuck.

i just contacted my coach to see if i can start ip again. i hope she writes me back. i've been mia for so long. but i explained to her about my husband's health issues and apologized so hopefully she will get back to me.
i arrived back at the conclusion that ip is the only diet that has ever worked for me and if i apply myself for a good 2 months i can get to my goal. wish me luck!!
have a great day everyone and keep up the excellent work.
Wantanewme,
Welcome back!!! Nothing that you have to apologize for! Through thick and thin, we Oct newbs stick together. So you needed some time to deal with health concerns, but you're back.. hey at least you made the decision to come back!

Here's to a healthier, happier new year for you.

I went to a homeopathic Dr yesterday and got an all natural remedy for the big C that I've been struggling with. He told me that losing weight so quickly definitely puts strain on the liver (just like Lucci has been experiencing) and that can cause some back up on the digestive system. Took two capsules before bed last night, and wow... Do I feel better! Wasn't harsh, and isn't stimulant, so I was very happy!!!

Weighed myself afterwards, and I was 291.6.. talk about a difference! 5lbs!!! (which in and of itself totally just grossed me out)

If by BCA you mean the little machine that you hold out in front of you that measures lean muscle mass, body fat and hydration level> I've only done it a couple times since I started. My center charges like $10 a month for it so I rarely do it. She lets me do a free one like once a month or so. But I've never done it with my shoes off, does that matter?

I know its kind of silly to weigh in with boots and all my cloths on but their scale is right in the middle of the hallway so can't really strip down and I weighed in the first time with my boots on so just trying to stay consistent.

Luccilove, glad the levels are going back down. Fingers are still crossed that things continue to improve.

Hey buddies. Just got back from WI. Down 0.6 lbs, 0.61% body fat, and 1 inch. I'll take it. TOM was tough on the results this week but symptoms were actually better than they ever have been so that's something. Told my coach about Vegas next week and she wants me to start Ph3 on Sunday so I don't have problems eating/drinking some fun things while I'm there. She also would like me to do another week of Ph3 after I return to see how I feel about my current weight. She said that I may gain a few lbs on Ph3 but will still burn body fat. What do you guys think?

Jig - take those freakin' boots off when you weigh in! lol I take off my belt, earrings, wedding ring - anything to get that scale lower!

wantanewme - welcome back!

Lucci - glad to hear the liver enzyme numbers are down. I was told once a few years back that I had low liver enzymes. They didn't bother to explain so I guess it was nothing!

Kawaii and Slipfree - sorry to hear you are dealing with the big C. Taking 1/2 tsp of Calm every night seems to help me. I have been very regular with the exception of this morning which was upsetting since it was WI day. Boo for TOM.

Steph, I think you have to decide based on how you are feeling in your body. I think phasing off is important. If you are on phase 3, maybe you can indulge without going crazy?

Lots of pressure from people for me to stop losing this week. I have decided to ignore all of them. It is none of their business. Part of me does not understand why they think it is? I have been pretty pale this week because of this bug, and they think it has something to do with IP. NOT!

I have had people who thought my flu was because of my weight loss... of course the circle under my eyes get dark at times... I think its probably all the soy in the packets but I'll take that for awhile in order to get this weight off!

Some people have never seen me thinner so they don't think I should lose any more... I tell them they've never seen me naked and there's plenty more for me to lose! LOL!

Not sure if you can get it outside of the office (it is a homeopathic remedy, and while it doesn't require a prescription, not sure of it's availability.

Company name is Energetix. Product is Colon Clear. Todd (the homeopath) told me that he recommends that you take 1 to 2 capsules for the first week, then 1 capsule every day as needed to keep you regular until you finish out that bottle (90 capsules). By then, you should have sufficiently detoxed your body and you wouldn't need to continue taking it.

Additionally, he did say that if after the first week you're feeling better, you can just go to an as needed basis.

Hi Everyone, I've been MIA for a little bit. I was/am going through some medication changes that make me feel crappy. I'm still doing IP, even though I had a slip last weekend due to feeling like crap and eating off plan. My WI on Weds was up, but I've gotten back down to what I was pre-slip, so that's good.

Congrats everyone on your losses this week! Kawaii and Jig- belayed congrats on getting to Twodervile!

Lucci- I'm glad your liver enzymes are coming down. I hope they continue to improve.

Steph- I would try P3. When you get back from your trip, you could always hop back on P1 to lose anything you gain in Vegas. The one time I went to Vegas, I actually lost weight from all of the walking since the casinos are huge, we walked far down the strip and back, and I spent a long time one day at the mall which involved a lot of walking.

Slipfree- I hope you're feeling better and have a good WI this morning! I'm sure I don't have to tell you to ignore the people who tell you to stop losing weight, but do...this about you, not them. It's annoying and sometimes creepy nonetheless when people make inappropriate comments like that. I always feel a little violated by those comments when I feel like someone has really been assessing my body.

Hope everyone has a great weekend and I'll do a better job of staying in touch.
