B - IP RTD Chocolate Shake with Coffee
L - Hardboiled Egg, 2 C veggies (cucumberes and celery), Wildberry Yogurt Smoothie with 2 C. romaine.
D - Shrimp Stirfry (6 oz shrimp, 2 Cups veggies - bean sprouts, bell peppers and mushrooms) WF Asian Dressing
S - not sure yet - maybe garlic chips - maybe something more "solid" would help my hunger issues - instead of a shake or wafers.
