    D - Shrimp Stirfry (6 oz shrimp, 2 Cups veggies - bean sprouts, bell peppers and mushrooms) WF Asian Dressing
    S - not sure yet - maybe garlic chips - maybe something more "solid" would help my hunger issues - instead of a shake or wafers.

    D=6 oz steak, 2 cups spinach, 2tsp. Evoo, acv
    S=Proti diet chocolate pudding
  • Phase 1 - 4 packets
    b: Cappuccino and dopio from starbucks
    l: IP Chicken Noodle Soup, lettuce and cucumbers
    d: Steak (6 oz) and Shrimp (2oz), yellow peppers and WF Cesar salad
    s: Orange wafer
    * I still find that I am drinking a ton of water-- Coach says hydration is good (+3.1) but I am always thirsty, any ideas?

    D= 8 oz. turkey breast, 1 c. Mushrooms
    S= IP raspberry jelly

    Feeling good today and the weather is going to be like Spring!!! Hooray!!!
