Just a couple more gut-it-out days and it will feel a bit easier. The other thing besides tea that helps me is Nuun, 2x a day. I am so excited for you to get into ketosis!

Yesterday was a great day for me, after my lousy Sunday. Got back where I was before my road trip. Whew! I am on that Onederland brink again. I am so excited to feel droopy pants, roomy shoes, baggy bras, stick arms...Sometimes I live so much in the anticipation that I have to remind myself to breathe.

I think the 2nd day back is the hardest because I'm starving today and still another day or 2 till I'm in ketosis. On top of that we are kind of stuck in the house today because of the ice on the roads. Schools have been closed and they are saying don't drive if you don't have to. I took one of our dogs out this morning to pee and I slipped on the ice and fell on the poor dog. I'm sure she is wishing I hadn't gained back so much weight.

Here's to droopy pants and baggy bras again. Can"t wait too!!!

Another cold day here. I am keeping my motivation by thinking of all the cute spring clothes I will be able to wear.

Hello! I lost 61 lbs in 2011 using IP. I did pretty well maintaining for about a year and half, then I let it all go to ****. First it was issues with my job (business was struggling) and I gained 15 lbs. I would try to go back to phase 1 to lose it, and I could only do it for a couple weeks or so. Then I would gain a little more, and so on....It went on like that for most of 2013. Then I was unemployed in November, and I thought, "Hey! I will have all this time to exercise and plan meals." But that's not what happened at all. I gained a little more. So January 17, I decided to quit fooling myself and go back to the clinic, get some product, and make an appointment with my coach. This message board was a big help to me the first time around so I came to check it out this evening. I haven't been on since September 2011. I think I hadn't been back because I was embarrassed that I let this happen. But I am glad I did. It was really nice to see some names I recognized.

So far since my official weigh in on January 21 I lost 2.2 lbs. (I started the program before my weigh in). I am glad I made the decision to go back to my coach. I needed the kick in the rear to get going again.

it is TOO COLD to think about anything but staying WARM!! its 20 degrees right now with the windchill of 14...TOO dang cold for this southern girl for sure!...all I can think about it HOT TEA! I think I have drank about 24 cups today. I was off of work thank goodness. The roads are closing, curfews being set, casino's closing, we are NOT prepared for this kind of weather. I have cat litter on my steps in case I have to leave my trailer other wise I would fall and slip. The other day I didn't have any and couldn't get in my trailer, so I was prepared this time.

I hope everyone stays warm in this crazy weather!

But you and the dog would have been tangled up in your droopy drawers. We Canadians know all about these situations.

Well those of us who live in the southern part of the US are rather clueless when it comes to cold and icy roads because it just doesn't happen too often here. Here is Austin today there were over 300 accidents this morning because people just don't slow down when there is ice out there. Lots of slipping and sliding going on.

I have not tried it as a hot drink. That sounds delicious. I am going to try it tonight.

Good morning,

Sorry for all of those struggling with out of norm weather...can be so dangerous when you're not prepared/used to it.

I'm used to it but still sick of it...this winter is brutal!

So i'm UP 1lb today...WTH!!! I did have a bit of ham last night (didn't have enough chicken) and had a bit more veggies than my 2cups but surely not enough for 1lb...also haven't gone potty in a few days so hopefully its all due to that cause i find this reboot hard enough that if i don't keep seeing results, i'll get discouraged real fast!

Have a great day everyone and stay warm!

Hey Mom, was this your regular weigh in? I struggle with staying off the scale, I used to weight myself morning and night and it would drive me nuts!!!!! How could I gain 2 pounds in the course of a day when I had followed the plan 100%???? I have now weaned myself to weighing every other day with the goal of weighing only one day a week. If only I could be as obsessive about staying 100% as I am about the scale.

I so understand what you are saying. I don't know how long I can keep up with not weighing everyday, it is a challenge for sure. We all have to do what works for us!

Ham is the so full of salt that you are just retaining water this morning. You'll be down tomorrow. If I eat ham, I drink tons of water and never weigh the next day
