As of this morning, I have reached my first goal - When I started on July 15, 2013 - I set myself to lose 60 ibs before Xmas ! Low and behold, as of this morning, I have reached my 60 ibs goal in 5 months - I am so excited and I feel so great ! I still have a few pounds left to lose but I know I can do it ! Thank you Ideal Protein and keep up the good work everyone !

Congratulations. You and I started about the same time (I started 7/12/2013) and as of my weigh in last Wednesday, I had lost 59.2 lbs. I am hoping to be in "onderland" by December 31. My only other goal was to have all my weight loss completed and be on maintenance by my birthday (June 26). 1/2 way to that, so I am on track.
Congratulations. You and I started about the same time (I started 7/12/2013) and as of my weigh in last Wednesday, I had lost 59.2 lbs. I am hoping to be in "onderland" by December 31. My only other goal was to have all my weight loss completed and be on maintenance by my birthday (June 26). 1/2 way to that, so I am on track.

Congratulations to you BOTH!!! You have so much to celebrate this holiday and look forward to in the new year. By spring you will be close to goal, you will feel and look wonderful and your experience will motivate others who are just beginning.
Last year at this time I began my own journey. Initially started using alternative products in early December '12 after doing a lot of reading. In January started to purchase the IP line as well as using some alts. It took me until mid to late August to lose a total of 70+ pounds...(65 came off once I officially began seeing an IP Dr.) 5 months on plan and you have done all this!! REALLY ...you have done SOOOO well!!! I'm older...and also pretty short. Nothing else worked for me...(rant today on the men's thread...)

I joined IP sept 9th and reached 55lbs last week, hope to get to 60 by New Years ( must work off 2lb OP)
