As of this morning, I have reached my first goal - When I started on July 15, 2013 - I set myself to lose 60 ibs before Xmas ! Low and behold, as of this morning, I have reached my 60 ibs goal in 5 months - I am so excited and I feel so great ! I still have a few pounds left to lose but I know I can do it ! Thank you Ideal Protein and keep up the good work everyone !

My only other goal was to have all my weight loss completed and be on maintenance by my birthday (June 26). 1/2 way to that, so I am on track.

Last year at this time I began my own journey. Initially started using alternative products in early December '12 after doing a lot of reading. In January started to purchase the IP line as well as using some alts. It took me until mid to late August to lose a total of 70+ pounds...(65 came off once I officially began seeing an IP Dr.) 5 months on plan and you have done all this!! REALLY ...you have done SOOOO well!!! I'm older...and also pretty short. Nothing else worked for me...(rant today on the men's thread...)

Birthday goals are the best..you give yourself a marvelous gift by achieving this. We are all happy for you and encourage you to share the rest of your journey with us.:^:
