Do you chew gum when cooking?
Ok I am a nortorious taster when I cook. I like to chew gum ( I make sure it has no carbs in it!) just to prevent me from tasting everything I am making. Anyone else do this?

That's a great tip. What gum do you chew? I'm searching for some without aspartame.

I have extra dessert gums. some of them have like 2g of carbs and some do not. I chew only 2 pieces a day and I can chew one piece for a long time.
