I have a question. Im am getting off the IP diet right now. I was wondering, lets say in the future i gain 10+lbs ( i doubt it but just in case if it were to happen lol), if i get back on the IP diet do i only have to go through only phase 1 since i have already went through all phases before or do you basically have to start ALL over and go through the 4 phases again?

I think you start all over and go through all the phases again. The point of the phases is to slowly increase your calories, and reintroduce carbs. It's a necessary step to the diet.

You can skip phase 2 and go right into phase 3.
