Default HELP...5 Calorie Tea

Hello all. Going to the spa this afternoon and they serve the most delish tea EVER!!!!!!!! Aveda comforting tea is amazing. Anyways, I looked it up and there is 5 calories...no sugar or carbs though. Would any of you have a cup or two? What should I do. Will 5-10 calories make a huge difference? It's just such a nice part of the treatment. HELP

Just consuming the tea will burn the calories the tea provides. It would be considered a "0" or "negative" calorie due to that fact.

Depending on what IP packets you choose each day your calories vary by hundreds of calories. Drinking the tea will not hurt you as long as the carbs and sugers are 0. Have fun at the spa!!

5 calories is fine. If it is 0 carbs/0 sugar/0 fat its okay.
Great to know this tea is so devine. My salon is an Aveda salon & I'm going on Friday. I'll ask for it!
