The differences between IP coaches
So I just moved back to the east coast after spending a wonderful 2 years on the west coast (Seattle). I met my new IP coach today and got along very well with him. I didn't think I would feel comfortable with a man taking my measurements and talking about the program, but surprisingly, I really enjoyed my time with him over the 2 female IP coaches I had in Seattle. I think it helps that he also is/was an IP user and got great results from the program.
Anyway, he took my measurements and weighed me (I'm 182lbs with 39% body fat...eek!). Based off his calculations, he suggests I weigh a maximum of 140lbs, with 135lbs being the preferred weight goal based off my height and age. I agree with him 100%. I find that ironic given the fact that my Seattle IP coaches told me that 150lbs was a "good" goal weight for me.
So tomorrow, 4th of July, I start new (again) on my IP journey. My mini-goal is to weigh 165lbs by mid-August...just in time for my niece's 1st birthday party.
