Day 5 . Extremely tired last night so just went to bed. Feeling much better this a.m The coming weekend is a little scary. My granddaughter's birthday.
I am certainly finding it much easier to get in all the water now. My body seems to crave it.

Happy Friday everyone!
I asked this question yesterday, but didn't get a response.. so asking again... is yellow zucchini a "no" veggie? My coach said it was.. but I thought it was like the green zucchini?
Thanks,

Like Lisa said, it's ok.

If it helps with your coach, just write down zucchini in your food diary then you don't have to deal with your coach.

Uninformed coaches (in my opinion) are just in it for the money. If they truly cared, they'd keep up

One month OP and unfortunately my night sweats have returned. Still no more migraines though! Feeling extremely tired lately. Otherwise, i have settled in nicely to my IP routine. I find it is just a matter of planning, and having the right stuff in the fridge and cupboard.

I am so proud of myself for staying OP through the various celebrations (birthdays, Mother's Day, graduations, Memorial Day) and gatherings (funeral) that have occurred with some frequency since starting IP. I never thought of it much, but so much of what we do revolves around food!

Thank you to everyone on this forum for your support! Even the questions asked and update posts have been invaluable. Have a great weekend everyone. (It is Father's Day and my youngest son's 20th birthday). Another weekend with lots of food and probably cake again!!!! Lol.

floridasunshine: If you like coffee I recommend the Dark Chocolate pudding packet shaken up with fresh coffee, water and ice. I swear I drank this for breakfast every morning for a month!
