My hubby makes me a couple trays of coffee ice cubes a week and I use those instead of regular ice. Yummy yummy! Sometimes I add flavored syrups, but lately rather without.

never tried the dark chocolate pudding!
Did not like the milk chocolate or butterscotch (yuck!) is the dark chocolate taste better?
I do not like regular dark chocolate, but the dark chocolate pudding is SO much better (in my opinion) than the milk chocolate pudding. It actually tastes like chocolate! I recommend trying it

As in any relationship such as this, I was the one who was hurt in the end.

Ah, the sordid affair...terrible things! Your progress pictures are amazing--very inspirational. Way to tell that jerk where to get off!

I had a fun experience last week. I was walking my dog into the vet, (not the fun part for him or me) and was having trouble getting him to the front door, so I called the front desk and asked someone to bring some treats out to coax him in, (worked like a charm). The assistant that came out to help said she wondered who it was that was bringing my dog in and that she initially didn't recognize me!

I am going to biweekly weigh ins and so I don't WI til next week. The scale today was looking good, though, but I won't update my stats til the official.

Am in agreement with above posts, though. The long term reward of feeling so good is not worth ANY one night stand with a cookie. Thanks for the chuckle!!

Love it...try drizzling with 1 tablespoon Walden Farms Caramel Syrup and a sprinkle of sea salt!

I am not hungry today at all so I will stick to plan 100%.
I also have another weekend like you all full of events and celebrations. Heres to sticking it through and results!
That's happened to me once or twice except I ate 4oz of meat extra on those days. The next weigh in, I had lost 1.5lbs of fat but gained 2lbs of muscle...not too sure what all that means except my coach wasn't too concerned. The next weigh in, I was down 3lbs of fat, so all good I guess!

wow thats amazing!! I hope this happens to me -- because I feel so guilty today for eating extra.

Except at my clinic, they don't have a scale that measures fat/muscle. just weight. We'll see how it goes - I'll just be extra diligent for the rest of the week!

So, I have been running around like crazy!!!
This has been one of the worst weeks ever, and then I go to my weigh in yesterday, and I only lost 1 pound. I was so upset. I didn't cheat once. I do not know what is going on!
I told my doctor that I have been constipated, and he said that is why I didn't see a bigger result. So he told me to by "Natural Vitality Calm"
I am hoping that this helps.

Plus it probably isn't helpful that I have felt like crap all week. My head is pounding, and I feel like I haven't ate anything at all. Then when I go to eat my dinner, I feel like I can't eat at all.

Week 1- I had no side effect at all, and I thought the first 4 days were the only ones that were supposed to be bad, but being on Week 2 is just god awful. I'm tired and Hungry!!!
-Sorry for this long post, I needed to vent!!

Hey Everyone!

I'm back sliding into feeling really tired, I slept 10 hours last night and was still groggy when I woke up but once I'm awake and ready to go I feel fine.

In other news, I had the Walden Farms original barbecue sauce on baked chicken for dinner tonight. Does anyone else think that it tastes like the WF Chocolate Syrup?

Floridasunshine: try your choc drink with a few ice cubes and less water in a mixer. You'll be addicted instantly. I have it every morning and it's amazing (I don't drink coffee, so this is my get me going drink)

A1Texan: Do you get up and do the happy dance every day when you can see your goal so close? You're an inspiration and I can't wait to be you!

I use the Nashua Nutrition Chocolate Raspberry 'smoothie' (alternatives) with spinach in my magic bullet! Love love love it. I get in some veggies and can't even taste them! Some do not like the texture, but I like the filling feeling from it. It is my go-to breakfast!

Today was my weigh in day, first week back on- I lost .2 I am actually very happy about that, since I feel so good- and it is my TOM. Next week I am going to rock it!!! Happy Fathers day to some and have an awesome weekend All!

Ohhhh that sounds good!! I use many of the drink shakes with coffee to make "ice coffee" Capichino drink and the vanilla drink are my favorites.

Weigh in #4 this afternoon: another 5 pounds that I won't have to carry around!

yay!

That is 23.6 pounds in 4 weeks! I am impressed with IP.
I credit this week's loss to being more careful with measuring my vegetables and really counting my water.

Can't wait to get to next Friday!
