I set my original goal weight at 140, when I hit that decided to change to 135. Now that I hit that, I know that 135 is my ideal weight because of the way I feel.
Lost in Phase 2 and although I am suppose to be moving to Phase 3 have struggled with doing so. Did not get an official weigh in this week but the work scale tells me that I am a couple of pounds below 135 which gives me confidence to move to Phase 3, just in case I gain back a couple.
I have learnt through this journey, that somehow, someway you know when you are where you want to be. I am 5'2", for some people the ideal weight for my height would be 115, 125, 135, 145, etc... We are all different and have to find what works for us.
