    S: Vanilla drink blended with sugar free English Toffee syrup and lots of ice - what a treat!

    L asparagus mockamole & chili simply chips (so good yesterday, decided for a do-over!). Also brought some romaine leaves for the excess mockamole.

    D steak & caulimash. Salad.

    I bring two, 1-liter bottles of water to work with me. One of them has apple cider vinegar in it. Seems to help with my stomach acid (that, and the IP enzymes).
  • Marslick - how do you make crispy cereal pizza? Is the crust made with crispy cereal. Would love the recipe!
