I'm so very sorry for your loss. I am a huge dog lover and I know how hard it is to lose a pet. That is the one thing I've always hated, that dogs lifespan is so much shorter than ours - I wish they were the same.
I put down my 15 yr old schnauzer last Sept and it broke my heart! My heart goes out to you!

I lost my initial weight about 2 years ago and started at 213 got down to a sleek 163 loved it.. My problem was I only did a couple phases and I thought I could stay on my own , well needless to say I am up 30 of those lbs in two years.. I really want to try to do this again and keep it off. Are you restarters going back to IP or doing your own protein. ? Thanks for listening.

End of week one I am down 5.4 pounds & 4.5 inches.

I am restarting..Well I am back..last year May thru October I lost 50 lbs and got down to 228 then i just completely got off track until March 20th when I went to the doctor and my weight was back up to 252.6 so here I go again. Hope everyone is doing wel
