I'm down 7 pounds and I'm feeling great, energetic and motivated. This is such an awesome forum and everyone is so supportive. I know I'm going to lose it this time. I'm losing so fast it feels like I'm melting. Go me!

Congrats LynnOntario - that first week is the worst. ITA about this forum. I'm not at all sure that I'd be sitting here today 60 lbs lighter than a year ago, without the wonderful support and encouragement that is constantly here. Keep on truckin'! You Got This!
