End of my first week on IP
 

I'm down 7 pounds and I'm feeling great, energetic and motivated. This is such an awesome forum and everyone is so supportive. I know I'm going to lose it this time. I'm losing so fast it feels like I'm melting. Go me! :carrot:

Congrats LynnOntario - that first week is the worst. ITA about this forum. I'm not at all sure that I'd be sitting here today 60 lbs lighter than a year ago, without the wonderful support and encouragement that is constantly here. Keep on truckin'! You Got This! :carrot:

Way to go! It really only gets easier from here! I have made a few mistakes along the way, but I feel I finally have the hang of it!

Congratulations! I will start my third week tomorrow and am down 16 lbs! Doesn't it feel great to feel that weight come off!
