If you know it is going to be a busy day: try switching up lunch with dinner (if you have time for a meal at lunch)?

Or, as others stated, definitely have extras portioned out for the week as not having to cook every night is good and will keep you OP

How about making up some beef or turkey burgers in advance and freezing them... then in a pinch, all you have to do is throw a couple on the grill. Grab some frozen veggies and throw in the microwave. Dinner is ready in about 5 minutes. My George Foreman grill gets used frequently when I'm in a rush.
