Well I'm back for day two and made it through so far
Course it is the weekend that I blow it, but hopefully I can turn to this website to encourage me to continue this time.
I tried to "multi-quote" several people who gave me support yesterday but I apologize, guess I've been away from this site too long that I forgot how that is done.
My issue is like many others, when I cheat I go overboard. This time I really have to make note of what works and not "avoid" it
- Wear a specific pair of tight jeans once per week and when they feel tighter get back on track.
- Don't avoid the scale, weekly weigh ins keep me accountable and correcting a small increase it a lot easier.
-It is not necessary to eat all the crap in the house before getting back on track
