thanks everyone. its nice to be able to say or type these things without worrying about others thinking you are crazy. I know my trigger was stress, I was stressed friday night, saturday night I was upset and sunday I was stressed again. I am going to go for some strength training at the gym today to to burn some of the carbs I have had and just go from there.

Good morning ladies...

Well...one more day and then I get to see where I am at. I know that I was at my original goal weight just before Christmas...but I am looking for my lowest weight....about 7 below goal.

I really want to wear a size 6...all my 8's fit great and that is awesome...considering I started this in an 18 and was an 18 most my adult life.

I made a pact with my husband that I would be perfect for two weeks before I stepped on the scale....it has been hard...I have scale addiction...he wanted me to learn to trust the process and not the scale.

Today wearing some of my smaller pants (they are a junior 7)

Good for you! You'll be back down before you know it. IP works like magic! And it does work (and we all know it)...

Good morning everyone, Day 15...My trip is in 7 weeks and I will reach my goal. It feels good to have those nasty first dozen pounds nearly gone...(Wine-weight...) UGH!

Can't wait to get back to true maintenance and stay there long term. On my cheat day I would buy every forbidden food that I couldn't have all week and eat as much of it...then there would be left overs...sometimes (um, most of the time) I would nibble on them the next day (NOT GOOD). So, I'm going to learn a new and healthier way to have my cheat/fun day.

The dr at my clinic would have a calzone on his cheat day. My former coach would eat a slice of cake (carrot, her fav) with each meal on her cheat day. Those cheats are way less than what I was doing...Can't wait to jump back into P4. I miss my salad at lunch with the two fats...(usually avocado and a cheese)...oh yum!!!

Keep going everyone!!!

Good morning all...

I've fallen behind on all of these posts...its been pretty hectic here. I need to read thru them so that you can all inspire me today!

I do have some bad news...I've been naughty the last 2 days! I think I reached my goal on Saturday...weighing in at 111.8 lbs. At my daughter's tournament on Saturday, I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror and thought that I needed to stop losing! On Sunday...had my niece's birthday party & more tournaments & ate a lot of food. Yesterday did a phase 1 day until after my evening lecture - was starving & ate a lot a food again. I weighed in this morning at 120.6. So I'm restarting my reboot, for the last time, today. I definately am looking forward to a phase 1 day because I am soo full!

What worries me is that I've read that people are regaining all of their weight (heck...look at me!) This makies me wonder...is this truly our last diet?? Well, it is mine. I have to mentally address the road blocks that I face and reevaluate my meaning of a cheat meal...and learn how to do it properly. Any advice??

I've set some goals for myself...(1.) 20 days of phase 1 (or until I get to goal); (2.) 5 days of phase 2...to phase off properly; (3.) begin my workouts by February 10th...which means getting to phase 3 just before then.

Thanks for your support! You all mean more to me that you realize!

Healthy Angie...are you near Wilkes-Barre...we have been to Mohegan Sun many times and also to Bethlehem Sands
Hey Darbs - I'm about 1 hour south of Wilkes-Barre and have visied Mohegan a TON of times! There is also Mt. Airy about 40 minutes slightly south-east of that and I like that one a little better. I seem to be luckier there and you can get comped rooms easier too. The Pocono area was my stomping ground for about 8 years while I was in college.

Do you watch Revenge? I just watched last season's final episodes where the dog Sammy passed away - I bawled like a baby

Determinedat47 - way to go!!! Looks like just a couple more weeks and BAM! You're there

pitakitten - Yes, every day is a new day. By chance are you extremely hungry come the evening? Maybe you can switch your foods around a little. I find that if I eat everything too early, by the evening I'm starving and have very little resolve ... You only have a little to go, you can do this!!

Darbs - Where's Foxwood? My husband is the one with scale addition since he started with me this time. He'll weigh himself 3 times a day! I got over my addition many years ago but he helped me fall back into the bad habit. Till I got ticked that he was losing and I wasn't so I haven't looked at the D@mn thing in 5 days!

fitgirl - it has to be very hard losing those last few pounds at a low weight! I was concerned the first time I phased off about the cheat days, etc. I was off for 3 months and I think I only did 2 cheat days that whole time. My coach says it's more mental but sometimes the body can use that "boost." Don't worry - you'll get it figured out and maintain just fine! We're here for you if you need the help!

New Englander - Woot! Woot! 1 week away - how exciting! Knew you would hit that goal! I LOVE Avocado! AND Cheese!! Those are very healthy too!

I have my WI today so we'll see if I've at least stabilized. Today is also my last day on antibiotics so I can resume my supplements and hopefully lose this water weight. Hoping for a major whoosh come next weeks WI. I don't think I'll see it today and I've come to terms with that ...

I haven't been to Mt. Airy (but have seen the billboards). We stay at the Woodlands when we go to Mohegan Sun. I have not been to Mohegan Sun Pocono in about a year. I did go to the sands in Bethlehem a few times last summer.

Foxwoods is the biggest casino in the World...it is CT...near the coast (Mystic area).

I just got back from Vegas...love it there...just booked our next flight out for the end of June.

I do watch Revenge...I hated when Sammy died (that is the scene in front of the fire right?). Hubby and I were crying too...we love our girls so much.

I have also done wine tours in your area...with a tour group...so much fun.

Well I'm back for day two and made it through so far Course it is the weekend that I blow it, but hopefully I can turn to this website to encourage me to continue this time.

I tried to "multi-quote" several people who gave me support yesterday but I apologize, guess I've been away from this site too long that I forgot how that is done.

My issue is like many others, when I cheat I go overboard. This time I really have to make note of what works and not "avoid" it
- Wear a specific pair of tight jeans once per week and when they feel tighter get back on track.
- Don't avoid the scale, weekly weigh ins keep me accountable and correcting a small increase it a lot easier.
-It is not necessary to eat all the crap in the house before getting back on track

Have a great day everyone!
I'm looking forward to my new order from proteinwell as they have plenty of items on sale and I'm excited to try some new foods

Ooh! I'm going to have to try Foxwood

Last time I was in Vegas I was pregnant so that put a damper on it for me. I should try it again though - I would imagine you can get pretty good deals this time of year!

Yes, that was the scene when Emily kissed Jack in front of the fire place and that nosey b!tch saw them and tattled. It was sooooo sad!

Believe it or not, I haven't done wine tours in my area although there are a lot of cool wineries around. I'm an absolute snoot when it comes to wine. Me and the girls almost made it one in a limo (we were going to visit 3 in 1 day) but it ended up storming and we cancelled ... maybe I'll revisit the idea this summer
