Good morning everyone. I finally have a free morning to catch up on life...ahhh.

Looking forward to a smooth OP day. Weekend was a bit challenging with regards to schedule and running around, but other than having an extra packet on Saturday to help me and keep me going, I stayed OP!

It's tricky to deviate from the daily IP schedule that I've established, but I'm getting better and winging it on the go as long as I have my little travel pack of salt, IP bar, tea, stevia and vitamins.

I'm glad people allow me to do it, even if I'm late, it is waiting for me
Just wanted to express my gratitude, also, Lisa! And thanks for the encouraging words today. I have a running list of "Lisa-isms" that I pull up every now and then to keep me OP

I made jicama for the first time this weekend and I am now addicted! I made mine sweet too, cinnamon and splenda sauteed in the parkay spray it was great. I cooked up a few batches to experiment and added water to one and really cooked it a long time until the cinnamon and splenda started to carmelize. I swear it was like a caramel apple.

Hi. I am a Newbie here and I have personally seen the great results with Ideal Protein. Is this something I can do on my own? The food part of it is self explanitory, I was just wondering where to find the nutritional information as to what the packages have in them and the dosages of the nutritional supplements. I cannot afford anymore right now but need to lose weight so badly. I have a few friends on this but am embarrassed to admit I cannot afford the products. I have protein powders of all different sorts here, I just wanna see which ones are the closest to IP's. Any help and info would be greatly appreciated. I have 40 pounds plus to lose. How did I let this happen? Oh wait...the wine! Well....willing to give it up now....something has to give!

Happy Monday afternoon to all.

I finally closed on my house this past Friday! It was a 2 year process and 5 different houses until one came through. Buying short sales is not so easy. I managed to stick it out the last 4 1/2 months without the stress let me get off program.

The lack of constant sublimial (or not so much!) stress is finally gone!!

No more air mattress for me at the parents house!

WELCOME!!

There are alternative threads that will get you to similar products at reduced prices. Also, there are some spreadsheets that give the calorie, carbs etc for many items look at the first message in this thread for lots of info.

Attachment 43616 Here is a sheet that explains a lot. There are many people, myself included, who have switched for financial reasons so please don't be embarrassed. The website where I ordered products was www.nashuanutrition.com There are several site though. I compared the nutrition labels with those of ideal protein by going to www.plainprotein.com and pulling up the labels of the products I like. It's amazing how similar the products are!

I was told by my coach when I started that you could fit the food in anytime if the day that works for you. Other coaches seem to have a regiment.

I personally change my menu arrangement as needed and don't see any difference due to timing.

Congrats!! Wow that sounds sooo stressful! Way to stay OP!

I weighed in today and lost another 4 lbs! Down 14 lbs and 10.25 inches total. The funny part is I'm losing in my chest and my waist, but my hips, legs, and arms are all staying the same. grr! But so happy to see me melting awayyyy... 10.25 inches wow! Can't wait for more!
