This is another one of my challenges with this diet. Very small people have the same plan as very large people and the education is lacking.
Here is your challenge.
No matter what the coach or the IP literature has told you fat loss is an equation of energy and energy is measured in calories. When you ingest fewer calories than you use in a day you lose fat. It's that simple.
Since you're female and 4'11" and 146lbs the amount of calories you use in a day is different than if you were 5'10" male and 300lbs.
You can click here and play with this calculator.
I just picked a random calculator off google. Keep in mind these are just estimates. Your actual caloric use might be higher or lower.
Bottom line - you're smaller and you're burning fewer calories than a larger person so your fat loss is going to be slower when you're ingesting the same number of calories.
Having said that - don't confuse fat loss with weight loss. Fat loss is fairly linear but there is no easy way to measure how much fat we've lost. Weight loss can be sporatic due to water levels in your body. TOM and stress for example play a large role in how much water your body is hanging on to.
My advice would be to just stick with the program but if you want to lose faster you could talk to your coach about cutting out 1/2 a packet and 2oz of protein. I see no reason why at your size you would need as much protein as a much larger person.
