Has anyone tried making their own syrup using maple extract and Stevia? I make my kids syrup to cut down on sugar and preservatives and was thinking that I could also make my own for the cauliflower pancakes . Thoughts?

If not - has any tried the WF caramel on them?

I use the WF pancake syrup on my crispy cereal pancakes. It tastes just like regular pancake syrup to me. I haven't tried their caramel one though.

I second the Walden Farms pancake syrup - it is VERY good. Even my finicky husband likes it!

I third the WF Pancake syrup. I can't believe how yummy it is. If only the dressings tasted better....
