I'm on my 6th week as well. I am a big eater, and didn't think I could do this diet. Especially being 6' 7" at 294 lbs., but I was wrong. I've made 1 mistake (nibbled on meats from a Pupu platter in week 2), felt awful later that night and gained 5 lbs that week at my WI. Everytime I've have a temptation, I just think back to how awful I felt that night and ask myself if I want to feel that way again? Today I am down almost 30lbs. and am more focused now than I was from the start. The results of weight loss, BMI decrease, inches off the waist, feeling better, and this website are my motivation. If I can do it,you can do it........good luck
