Default Chicken a la King soup....

Very surprised how delish this is!! Definitely going to have it for lunch a couple times a week. Thought I'd share for those that aren't sure they want to try new products (like I am).

I really like the Chicken a la King soup. Once I figured out the timing on it so the veggies rehydrate of course! I think all the non-tomato based soups taste pretty much the same so I do like the fact that Chicken a la King is a little different texture wise.

I have had chicken ala king soup for lunch almost everyday since August 2nd! I work a lot of hours so this is my go to with lots of raw fresh veggies on the side. For some reason I do NOT get tired of it! That's over 3 months! I am down 40 pounds so I guess it works! Plus it's a low carb choice.

I have a packet of this I have been scared to try as it seems lots of folks here do not like it. I think I will try this for lunch today. How much water do you add?

Thanks for the info

I put in about 7-8 ounces. Just be sure you let it rehydrate enough. I nuke it for 3 minutes at 50% then let it sit for 5 minutes or so then zap it on high for a minute or so.
All micros different so your times may vary.

Okay...I'm going to give it another try. I think the problem with it when I made it was that I didn't let the veggies re-hydrate enough. I'm going to try your cooking tips capecodmomma! Thanks!
