Today was my WI #6 I'm down another 5lbs!

I actually didn't want to get my hopes up with this diet/lifestyle change as I have tried many in the past.

But I'm loving this! It's amazing and the encouragement from this forum is amazing too!

The only people that know i'm doing this is my Husband and my one friend and all of you guys! I'm keeping it a Secret from my Family, Can't wait to go back home at Christmas time and look a bit different!

Thanks! I'm hoping they will be able to notice a difference, and this is such a hard secret to keep but I wanted to do this for me without very many people knowing.

Hi everyone,
Today I was supposed to start my exercise but instead am heading to orthopedic dr for knee. Hopefully keep your fingers crossed that I won't have to have a knee replacement. Still feeling hopeful as I've done really well the last few days thanks to the no cheating post I came across here. I'm finding it so helpful coming here to be inspired. Speaking of inspiring the video is amazing goes to show that there are others who have it worse. I hope you all have a great day!

Thanks! Yes I'm pretty amazed that I've been losing every WI as I have read that isn't the case for everybody, but I also realize everybody's body is different and maybe mine is finally ready to give it up!
