Talking Girls With Goals WI#6

Well ladies its weigh in day and I am pleased to say the least!!!I weighed in Friday on my OWI day and I was 173.4 that is 5 lbs down from last week now this am I am up a lb due to Im tired and dont give a srap eating yesterday. sO my Wi for here today is 174.4 So for the challenge I am down 3.6 lbs total !!! I have been walking my heart out and I even got on my Total Body Gym yesterday for a half an hour!!! Im a little achey this am (new muscles)LOL!! How are you all doing Im dying to know!!! Cmon ladies lets see if we can complete this challenge in 10 weeks I know we can !!!

SW 204

CW 174.4
GW 165 or less

What's going on well I loss .6 pounds so now I weigh 205.4 and I am glad because I ate two fried chicken wings yesterday and I usually don't eat a lot of fried food and for dessert I had a piece of yellow cake with chocolate cake and it was good. I am trying to eat in moderation and not freak out about it. I did stay within my calories and I did my Tae- Bo and I have not missed a day of exercising so I have loss a total of 6.1 pounds. We have four more weeks to go for this challenge and man this weight seems as if it is creeping off. I guess the most important thing is we are doing our best,
and as long as we are losing something then the amount does not matter although I do want to lose that 10 pounds. Well have a great day and keep on losing and keep on exercising we are winnners against the battle of the bulge.

Morning ladies , Not much to report its back to school shopping day arggghh! Oh well can you count shopping as exercise ???? LOL have a good one !!!

Sorry I missed posting yesterday. My weigh in was 172.0 So I am down 1 lb overall. I have been working out a lot recently though and think that the weight is coming from muscle. Hopefully it will stabilize out and I will start losing again.

You are right skinnyjeans muscle does weigh more but eventually you will problalbly lose even more weight later, but congratulations on your loss. Hotmomma I say count that exercise as extra today. I enjoyed going out with my daughters and her friends yesterday and I ate a steak burrito, rice, black beans, carrot cake and I drank 7 up. I weighed today and I gained .4 of a pound so I feel that I did pretty good. I am back on track with my eating and now I am going to do my Tae - Bo. Have a great day ladies and keep on losing and keep on exercising.

Hey ladies sorry Ive been MIA some personal issues and crap to deal with! I hope your all staying on program and exercising your hearts out! WI is monday and I cant wait to hear your results !!!

Hey Ladies Sorry I was MIA but I didn't forget you. I went on Vacation last Thursday to Florida with the kids we had a blast now back to work and same old same old. Well I did weigh in a gained 1 pound so that make my total lose of 3 pounds in 6 weeks well I am not to happy about that but I really did try to watch want I ate on Vac. but you know how that goes. Well also no exercises besides walking , walking, walking in the parks so I guess that counts for some. Well, will check in next week.

Good Friday Morning Ladies I had my OWI this am and am up a pound but Im not worrying too much because Im pretty sure it water , my rings are especially tight today! So I guess we will see what happens on Monday good luck eith staying on program throught the weekend . We have baseball tournament all weekend so it should be interesting , talk to you soon!!! It will come off stacy just dont give up !!!

Happy Friday Ladies well I gained one pound too but I will be okay. I have not stop exercising and I will be going on vacation early Monday morning and I wont be returning until Thursday morning. I have a little anxiety about the food part. I just hope I don't eat like a crazy person while I am away. I don't want to gain back all of the weight I have loss so far. I want to think I will act like I've got some sense while I am in Atlanta. I will miss writing to you ladies while I'm gone. I don't like the fact that I will be out of my routine but I am going to have fun on this trip with my daughters and my mom. Don't forget ladies we are going to make it to our goals and we will lose all of the weight that we plan to lose so keep on losing and keep on exercising we are winners against the fat.

Fatgirlagain- baseball what fun, my DS is playing football with his 2 and half hour practices and age 10. I thought that was crazy. But I love baseball- Braves Fan
