So far the special assignment is going as planned. Hope to be in Michigan at another cousin's for grilled chicken salad dinner tomorrow. She doesn't think I need to lose any more, but is being accommodating. Have a Waldens Farm dressing packet just in case.

P.S. Forgot to report I woke up to an off-duty cookie baking activity this morning.

Molly

WELL DONE PRIVATE COOKIE!!
Be sure to thank you Supply Clerk and stay warm and dry private!! Report back in when you can and way to go on being prepared!!!

VITAMINS: All taken.
WATER: Have drank about 2.5 litres water

WHAT I PLAN TO DO TO MAKE IT HAPPEN:

*Stick 100% OP
*Keep sodium <1,500mg
*Do indoor walking DVD (forecasting another day of pouring rain tomorrow)

Menu for Sunday:
Breakfast: Cappucino Shake blended into decaf coffee.
Lunch: Waffle w. WF syrup; 1 cup of cucumber & radishes w 1 tsp evoo & acv + spices.
Snack: 1/2 cup cucumber & celery w 1 hard boiled egg. (borrowed from dinner protein)

HOW SUCCESSFUL I WAS WITH MY PLAN TODAY:

I'm 100% OP so far, and don't predict any slips between now and bedtime.

It's been raining steadily here today, so I did only get in my indoor walking DVD exercise.

Made it to PA. Went for Mexican and had fajitas for two. Strangest fajitas ever. For the grilled veggies, mostly all onion with lots of sliced carrots, a few sliced of celery and mushrooms, and about four thin strips of bell pepper. Had some of the meat and then decided to stop by Subway on the way back. At least, DH has another great meal of leftovers. So disappointed.

Breakfast may be oatmeal. Lunch will, of course, be Subway and probably a RTD. The snack will be a protein bar.

Will be glad to get to the cottage, so things can be halfway normal again.

sorry molly, i so dislike when you have to pay hard earned money for something and its not what you need or wanted. I think I would have asked for some grilled peppers since they left so many of them out!! Have a GREAT day tomorrow!!!

PLEASE BE SAFE ON THE ROAD....BE AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS PRIVATE!! WIND IS PICKING UP!

Hello you chicks, I'm here at the hospital with my young mother and settling in for the night, doc gave her something about 6 to soften her cervix and depending on how it goes will probably not be back till about 6 am., unless she really gets going, we shall see, so exciting but looks like I'm in for a long night seeing as she has to pee every 3 min. And the nurse put me in charge of that duty, extremely busy here, they had 10 babies born yesterday, and there's about 5 here now. I'll keep you all posted.

Great job on the 2 lb loss dizzy jean and phase 2 to kool!

And now for my report sarge-

Today 100% no slips, tastes or licks, all water and pills in check, didn't get in my walk had to help out at work (family owned business) can't say no, ya know.

Sunday
B- vanilla rtd
L- roasted vegetables/BBQ soy nuts
D- spinach soufflé ( green onion, red bell peppers, mushrooms, egg whites topped w daily allowance parm. Cheese.
Vanilla drink cookies

I'm wishing all you chicks a very HAPPY Sunday. and stay strong! Teena
