Bear in mind, that he thinks I'm hot no matter what size I am, but he NEVER notices anything about the way I look. Not haircuts (we're talking 12 inches off haircuts), hair colors, crazy new clothes. Nada. This time, he noticed. :D

Sounds like we married the same man. I call DH "man of few words"

Today I took down the curtains hanging in my kitchen to wash them, and I could step directly onto the kitchen chair from the floor! Previously, I had to put a little step stool in front of the chair so I could walk onto the chair like I was walking up a couple of steps, and even then it was tough. Wow, what a change!

I went shopping for shorts the other day, tried on a 6, they where still loose, so my aunt suggested I try on the 4's... Holy cow.. They fit and had room!!!

While preparing dinner, my 3 year old requested that I make a salad and specified what veggies she wanted in it. I made it and put the big salad bowl on the table, she on her own started serving everyone. My daughter also likes taking bites of my special foods.
The huge NSV is that my daughter is learning to eat healthy.

Day 1 v. Day 60

While I am still a fair amount from my goal, I have updated my progress photos and thought I would share. Here are side-by-side comparisons of Day 1 v. Day 60 (today), less 34 pounds. Still not sure where it all came off, but it is going away - which is good enough for me. :)

Keep up the good work all!

Here is our great thread for reporting all non scale victories!

THAT is a great habit to be starting so early! My daughter is focused on being being healthy, rather than skinny, which I am thankful for everyday as she is 15. She eats more veggies than I do, treats herself sparingly, and says she feels better whens he works out, if she is not active in a sport that season. Can't beat the wisdom of youth. :)

Those pictures are AMAZING! I know you say you maybe can't see where it all came off, but it is quite clear that your overall mass is much more slim. We are so body blind when it comes to ourselves. My husband has been able to visually see the places I have lost inches, when I was still scared of trying on the tighter clothing in my closet (it fit).

Today my daughter graduates from an advanced summer program. I got out my size 8 skirt and ironed it, all excited to wear it. It's too big lol. I'm having it taken in though because it is fairly new and I love it. IP for me!

I can wear my old sports bras without huge bulges all around!!! The scale going down isn't nearly as exciting as this!!!!!

School year is starting so I tried on all my long pants preparing to return to work tomorrow for staff prep/development days.

Off to the donation pile they go & back to the second-hand shops I go!

I found 2 pair the other day, well within the next size smaller. I've been wearing 16 pants this summer. Solidly in 14s so I'll also start trying some 12s (still really can't believe that! It's been since high school, which was freakin' 30+ years ago). Who cares if sizing has changed?

This, DURING a phase-off from P1. IP really DOES work!

Congrats on the 12s Lisa. You must be giddy!

Sarita: great photos. Thanks for sharing. You are melting!

NSV for me last night: I put on my PJ bottoms last night, the ones I have been wearing for a couple years, but haven't tried on since starting IP....they fell off! Slid right off me! And the L cami tank top I wear with them is actually baggy on me! This is a stretch cami! Yay! :carrot::carrot::carrot:

This morning I went through half of my clothes getting ready for work and was super upset because it was the first time that I noticed that nothing really fits anymore. Everything was making me look sloppy and frumpy because it was too big. So (lightbulb moment) I pulled out some things that have always been too small, and fit into a shirt and a skirt that I haven't been able to squeeze into in nearly three years. Happy dance!

Me in my daughters clothes! :carrot:
She dressed me up to go out the other night. :)
(I changed the shoes though... a little to much for me)

Before pics are in my profile. (need to update with this one though)

I guess this is the part I post something like this!! I guess you would consider it a NSV!! For the past couple weeks I have been told by several people that my cloths are getting to big and what not! :) I still don't see it for what ever reason!! This this morning I was captured in a couple of pictures at an event that I was helping with.... WOW!! I didn't like seeing me in those pictures in my "big cloths"!!! So I guess I will have to down size a little bit now after seeing the pictures!!! :)!!
